Advertising & Sponsorship Terms
These terms govern the purchase, placement, and management of any business sponsorship or regional buyout on the BikerGeo platform.
This Advertising & Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") governs your purchase and use of advertising space, regional buyouts, and patch sponsorships (collectively, the "Sponsorship Placement") on the BikerGeo platform. By purchasing a Sponsorship Placement, you ("Sponsor") agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply specifically to business entities and marketing partners and operate in addition to our standard platform Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Service
By purchasing a Sponsorship on BikerGeo, you are securing exclusive digital real estate for the designated territory or specific patch challenge for the duration of your purchased billing term (e.g., Quarterly or Annually). BikerGeo agrees to display your approved business information, links, and branding natively within the app experience corresponding to your purchased tier.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
All sponsorship sales are strictly final.
Because BikerGeo enforces strict industry caps and grants territorial exclusivity, purchasing a Sponsorship Placement removes that digital real estate from the open market. Therefore, BikerGeo does not offer refunds, returns, or prorated cancellations under any circumstances. Your billing will automatically renew at the end of your selected term unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing by contacting support.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
You retain all ownership rights to the logos, trademarks, images, and marketing copy you provide to us for your Spotlight. By submitting these assets, you grant BikerGeo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute them within the application to fulfill our service, and to use your business name and logo in BikerGeo’s general marketing materials (such as website footers, partner showcases, and sales presentations) to identify you as a proud sponsor. BikerGeo reserves the right to resize, format, or adjust submitted visual assets to natively fit the platform's user interface and design standards.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to use any images, trademarks, or text you submit, and you agree to indemnify and hold BikerGeo harmless from any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the assets you provide.
4. Performance Disclaimer
BikerGeo provides premium digital real estate, brand association, and exposure to our active rider community. However, BikerGeo makes no guarantees regarding specific performance metrics. We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, click-through rates, website visits, physical foot traffic, lead generation, or direct sales resulting from your Sponsorship Placement. The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis strictly as a premium branding and visibility asset.
5. Refusal of Service & Termination
BikerGeo reserves the right to reject, pause, or remove any sponsor whose messaging, imagery, or business practices conflict with our community standards, promote illegal acts, or degrade the overall rider experience. In the event your Sponsorship Placement is terminated due to a breach of these standards or our primary Terms of Service, BikerGeo will not issue a refund for the remainder of the current billing term.
